Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders with addresses outside the U.S. can't be completed at checkout.

Shipping rates

Processing time

Every piece is packed by hand. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders take 5–7 business days in transit, so most orders arrive within 10–14 days of when you order. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves us.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away at Support@tusabistastefultouches.com and we'll do our best to update it before it ships.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.
