How does building a bracelet or necklace work?

Start with a base: a charm bracelet or a necklace chain, in gold or silver. Then add the story charms that mean the most to you, plus an initial or a jersey number if you like. Shop bases · Shop charms

Do charms come with a clasp?

Yes. Every charm comes with a free lobster clasp, so it clips right onto our bracelets and chains and is ready to wear the day it arrives.

Can I buy just a charm?

Yes. Charms and bases are sold separately, so you can start small and add to your story over time.

Gold or silver?

Most pieces come in both gold and silver. Pick your finish on the product page. A few pieces come in one finish only, and the product page will say so.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days, then take 5–7 business days in transit. Most orders arrive within 10–14 days of when you order. You'll get a tracking email when your order ships. Shipping policy

How much is shipping?

$9.99 flat rate in the U.S., and free on orders of $100 or more.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet. We currently ship within the United States only.

Are charms sold at the One Tree Hill Live shows?

No. The full collection is sold here on our website. New charms will drop throughout the tour, so keep checking back.

How can I pay?

Checkout accepts major credit and debit cards, plus options like Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo when they're available on your device.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll replace or refund it. Refund policy
