Our products

We do our best to show each piece accurately. Colors and finishes can look slightly different depending on your screen, and handmade or hand-assembled pieces can vary a little from the photos.

Prices and availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change at any time. Items are available while supplies last. If a price or listing is wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the order looks fraudulent, or there was a pricing error. If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely at checkout by our payment providers. We don't store your full card details.

Shipping and refunds

Fan-made merchandise

Our One Tree Hill collection is fan-made. TuSabi's Tasteful Touches is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Warner Bros. Entertainment, The CW or the producers of One Tree Hill. All show names and related marks belong to their respective owners.

The photos, designs, text and logo on this site belong to TuSabi's Tasteful Touches. Please don't copy or reuse them without our permission.

Using the site

Please don't misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful.

The site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we don't make warranties beyond those stated in our policies, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
